ATRC supports durable cooperation between Local Government institutions and NGOs that represent the civil society’s critical issues. On the local level, this project aims to strengthen mutual relations and build better democratic practices for the local communities. ATRC expects the project to lead to increased knowledge and cooperation as well as influencing social practices and supporting civic responsibility.
