The project aims to enhance the concrete involvement, contribution and cooperation of a range of local stakeholders from Albanian cities in the challenging process of EU integration. Target groups include local authorities and CSOs of Pogradec, Permet, Sarande. The project will educate these groups on the potential benefits of this process and how they can be most effectively exploited.
