The project will help in establishing 20 Local Communities (LCs) and awareness raising through public debates, personal contacts and the series of call-in shows. 20 LC representatives will be trained in management/strategic planning, networking, lobbying and media presentation skills in order to efficiently run their LCs and better represent needs of 27,800 residents to local government and the media.
