The project rests on three pillars: Freja Forum, a mentoring program and organizational development. Networking between organisations is the core of the project. The forum is supposed to be like a "Almedalen" at the Balkans and take place once a year at rotating locations. 2007 was held in Tuzla, 2008 in Zagreb and in 2009 in Belgrade.
