The project enables the citizens of five informal areas of Tirana to be active citizens for the improvement of their living conditions & to impose the best opportunities for such living conditions through influencing decision makers. Also the local governments will be awared & educated on the importance of public participation in decision making. Target groups: community, CS and local authorities of these areas.
