Leaders who were trained in earlier projects are used as mediators to train new groups through the workshop activities and school activities. They also create groups of young people who can in turn pass the knowledge on how to start and run non-profit youth organizations. The teams are working in networks to strengthen ties between the city of Tuzla and the countryside.
